The first in-person meeting at the PG&E Energy Center in San Francisco discussed the treatment of environmental attributes in certificate tracking systems. This initial meeting and subsequent meetings will result in a best practices consensus paper on this topic.

Teleconference Kick-Off Meeting
A presentation and discussion teleconference about issues affecting certificate tracking systems in North America. Topics included the treatment of environmental attributes, energy efficiency certificates, and carbon regulation. We introduced this new organization and its Board members and explained the benefits of membership.
